The credit card and ID, which was used to make the booking,\u00a0should be presented at check-in. The credit card would be requested\u00a0prior to arrival and full payment collected upon arrival.\u00a0If a credit card or ID is not available, the motel reserves the right to refuse the reservation or deny check-in. For all reservations and third-party reservations, a valid credit card\u00a0should match the guest name on the reservation as\u00a0per booking policy\/agreement with the third-parties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nPhoto ID\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Age Requirement<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">To reserve a room at this\u00a0motel, there must be at least 1 adult (21 years of age or older) present in the room. A valid\u00a0government issued\u00a0photo ID\u00a0is required both for\u00a0reservation and check-in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nCancellation &amp; No-Show<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Between the months of September 15<\/b><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>th<\/b><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b> to May 31<\/b><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>st<\/b><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Cancellation is allowed free of charge if given 48 hours notice before check-in. Cancellation within 48 hours before check-in, 100% of the first night will be charged. For any no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Between the months of June 1<\/b><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>st<\/b><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b> to September 14th: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Cancellation is allowed free of charge if given 14 days notice before check-in. Cancellation within 14 days before check-in, 100% of the first night will be charged. For any no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>PayPal: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Any non-refundable reservation is non-changeable &amp; non-transferable and full pre-payment is due at time of reservation. The cardholder\u00a0must be present at the time of check-in and produce the credit card used for payment as well as government issued photo ID. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Please note only a valid major bank issued credit card is accepted for pre-payment (visa or master card).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nCheck-in<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Check-in time at the motel is\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>3pm<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. If you arrive prior to check-in time please check with front desk.\u00a0 Front Desk is only open until 10:30pm. Should you be arriving later than 10:30pm, please contact the motel to make necessary arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nCheck-out \/ Late Check-out<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The official motel check-out time is\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>11am<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. Late check-out\u00a0is subject to availability and must be arranged before 9am, please contact the front desk reception on the day of departure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nRoom Occupancy &amp;\u00a0Additional Guests<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The motel\u00a0permits a maximum of 5 guests in a room depending on the room category. Some room types have a maximum 2 guests occupancy.\u00a0Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.\u00a0Additional person charge\u00a0will be subject to a $10\u00a0plus tax per person per night.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nVisitor(s) &amp; Good Night\u2019s Rest Policy<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Visitor(s)\u00a0are welcome to visit their\u00a0staying (registered motel guest) guest\u00a0between 10am &#8211; 10pm. Any visitor staying\u00a0beyond the\u00a0visiting\u00a0hours are subject to $10 plus tax per person. We appreciate our guests to be respectful of other patrons staying in the motel. Should you and\/or your guests create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, your guest will be asked to leave the property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nParking<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">There is one designated parking spot allocated per room. The parking lot designated will be numbered same as the allocated room number. However there are extra visitor parking spots available on premises. Please arrange with Front Desk should additional parking be required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nTaxes &amp; Fees<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Room charges are subject to 15.1% taxes. (GST 5.1%, PST 8% &amp; MRDT 2%)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nTraveling with your Pooch! Pet Friendly Policy<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">For the convenience of our guests who are traveling with pets,\u00a0we accept\u00a0dogs only. Due to the size of the guest rooms we encourage pets to be 20 lbs or less and 1 dog in the room; with an additional fee of $20 plus tax per night. There is only one pet friendly room, so please call to make reservations directly regarding the availability of this specific room. We do kindly request that guests do not leave their pets unattended in the room. Your pet has to be on a leash while outside the room. Pets are only allowed in certain areas outside the guestroom while on motel premises. Any damages to the room caused by your pet will be added to your credit card. Guests will be asked to sign our pet policy upon check-in, ensuring respect for other guests in our hotel. Should your pet create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, your credit card will be charged for the hotel loss of revenue. Please let us know at the time of booking that you are bringing your pet!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pet Friendly Room is only available from October to April.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\nNon-Smoking Policy<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">All guest rooms, patios, parking lot, common areas and\u00a0public areas are 100% non-smoking and we ask that you refrain from smoking in the motel premises. This includes; cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and cannabis. Please help us keep the motel a smoke-free environment. A $500 fumigation, cleaning fee\u00a0and\u00a0any loss of revenue of the motel\u00a0will be charged to any guest credit card\u00a0who violates this\u00a0strict non-smoking policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u200b<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Housekeeping Policy<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Daily room service is available from 11am &#8211; 2pm. If housekeeping enters a room which has personal items such as electronics, jewellery, clothing etc. left out they will not provide daily service. Please ensure that all areas that require service have been cleared of all personal items as the motel will not be liable for missing or damaged property.
