Guaranteed Reservation & Check-in
To guarantee a reservation at the motel, a valid government issued photo ID (passport or driver license only) and a valid major bank issued credit card (visa or master card) is mandatory. The credit card and ID, which was used to make the booking, should be presented at check-in. The credit card would be requested prior to arrival and full payment collected upon arrival. If a credit card or ID is not available, the motel reserves the right to refuse the reservation or deny check-in. For all reservations and third-party reservations, a valid credit card should match the guest name on the reservation as per booking policy/agreement with the third-parties.
Photo ID & Age Requirement
To reserve a room at this motel, there must be at least 1 adult (21 years of age or older) present in the room. A valid government issued photo ID is required both for reservation and check-in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.
Cancellation & No-Show
Between the months of September 15th to May 31st: Cancellation is allowed free of charge if given 48 hours notice before check-in. Cancellation within 48 hours before check-in, 100% of the first night will be charged. For any no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Between the months of June 1st to September 14th: Cancellation is allowed free of charge if given 14 days notice before check-in. Cancellation within 14 days before check-in, 100% of the first night will be charged. For any no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
PayPal: Any non-refundable reservation is non-changeable & non-transferable and full pre-payment is due at time of reservation. The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in and produce the credit card used for payment as well as government issued photo ID. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Please note only a valid major bank issued credit card is accepted for pre-payment (visa or master card).
Check-in time at the motel is 3pm. If you arrive prior to check-in time please check with front desk. Front Desk is only open until 10:30pm. Should you be arriving later than 10:30pm, please contact the motel to make necessary arrangements.
Check-out / Late Check-out
The official motel check-out time is 11am. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged before 9am, please contact the front desk reception on the day of departure.
Room Occupancy & Additional Guests
The motel permits a maximum of 5 guests in a room depending on the room category. Some room types have a maximum 2 guests occupancy. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional person charge will be subject to a $10 plus tax per person per night.
Visitor(s) & Good Night’s Rest Policy
Visitor(s) are welcome to visit their staying (registered motel guest) guest between 10am – 10pm. Any visitor staying beyond the visiting hours are subject to $10 plus tax per person. We appreciate our guests to be respectful of other patrons staying in the motel. Should you and/or your guests create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, your guest will be asked to leave the property.
There is one designated parking spot allocated per room. The parking lot designated will be numbered same as the allocated room number. However there are extra visitor parking spots available on premises. Please arrange with Front Desk should additional parking be required.
Taxes & Fees
Room charges are subject to 15.1% taxes. (GST 5.1%, PST 8% & MRDT 2%)
Traveling with your Pooch! Pet Friendly Policy
For the convenience of our guests who are traveling with pets, we accept dogs only. Due to the size of the guest rooms we encourage pets to be 20 lbs or less and 1 dog in the room; with an additional fee of $20 plus tax per night. There is only one pet friendly room, so please call to make reservations directly regarding the availability of this specific room. We do kindly request that guests do not leave their pets unattended in the room. Your pet has to be on a leash while outside the room. Pets are only allowed in certain areas outside the guestroom while on motel premises. Any damages to the room caused by your pet will be added to your credit card. Guests will be asked to sign our pet policy upon check-in, ensuring respect for other guests in our hotel. Should your pet create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, your credit card will be charged for the hotel loss of revenue. Please let us know at the time of booking that you are bringing your pet!
All guest rooms, patios, parking lot, common areas and public areas are 100% non-smoking and we ask that you refrain from smoking in the motel premises. This includes; cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and cannabis. Please help us keep the motel a smoke-free environment. A $500 fumigation, cleaning fee and any loss of revenue of the motel will be charged to any guest credit card who violates this strict non-smoking policy.
Daily room service is available from 11am – 2pm. If housekeeping enters a room which has personal items such as electronics, jewellery, clothing etc. left out they will not provide daily service. Please ensure that all areas that require service have been cleared of all personal items as the motel will not be liable for missing or damaged property. If during daily service a room is found to have been damaged, an assessment will be made and the guest will be responsible for all recovery cost.
